Here is just a sample of one of our boot camp sessions:

WARM UP:

Run laps, push ups, high knees and butt kicks

WORKOUT:

Run from cone to cone, stopping at each cone to do the following:

1st cone: 10 push ups

2nd cone: 10 DB/MB Swings

3rd cone: 10 each leg Mt. Climbers

4th cone: 10 Alt Toe Touch Squat

Complete 4 Rounds

Plank-HOLD as long as possible

Squat Thrusts x 15

Repeat cone workout 2 rounds, finish with another set of plank and squat thrusts.

Spiderman Climb

Current Bootcamp Session

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 6pm-6:30pm,
  • Saturday @7am-7:30am
  • August 19 -September 27th (6 weeks)
  • Bring water bottle and towel, dress accordingly.
  • Location: LifeBridge Christian Church

Cost is $12 per class. If you wish to achieve some serious fitness goals, I recommend at least 2 classes per week!
