Here is just a sample of one of our boot camp sessions:
WARM UP:
Run laps, push ups, high knees and butt kicks
WORKOUT:
Run from cone to cone, stopping at each cone to do the following:
1st cone: 10 push ups
2nd cone: 10 DB/MB Swings
3rd cone: 10 each leg Mt. Climbers
4th cone: 10 Alt Toe Touch Squat
Complete 4 Rounds
Plank-HOLD as long as possible
Squat Thrusts x 15
Repeat cone workout 2 rounds, finish with another set of plank and squat thrusts.
